IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Ticket availability is very limited for some performances and are subject to change according to each participating organization's policy.  Both AtlanTIX booth locations and online sales draw from the same allotment of tickets, tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis.

ALSO PLEASE NOTE
1)  AtlanTIX booth is for walk-up ticket service only.  Visit http://Atix.tix.com for online half-price ticket sales. Tickets subject to availability. There are no phone half-price ticket sales.
2)  Many tickets are available for advance purchase both at the booths and online.  Some tickets are sold through AtlanTIX on day-of-show-only basis. Matinees before 3:00pm and cultural attractions, which may be purchased one day in advance would be exceptions.  On day of show, matinee performance tickets are available until 1 hour before showtime unless otherwise noted.
3)  We recommend that you be willing to attend more than one performance selection.  Should we run out of tickets to your first choice, you can opt for your second or third choice.
4)  Online 1/2 price tickets are on sale until one hour before the ticket booths close or one hour before show time - which ever comes first, and not all shows are available online. Cultural attractions are currently not available online.

6)  Payment: We accept cash, all Major Credit Cards and Traveler's Checks.
7)  Ticket prices listed in this email reflect half price of face value and include applicable services fees.
8)  Refund Policy: No Refunds and No Exchanges.
9)  Ticket vouchers must be presented at the performance venue's box office no earlier than 1 hour, and no later than 20 minutes prior to showtime.
